When my light didn't work,i did the same as you and it still didn't work.My problem was the left side switches H/L,the horn worked but lightes didn't.Swapped it over and,bobs your uncle.

Good on ya,fella.I would buy some lightwaight summer gear,protection is a must.When you get to a certain age,we just don't bounce like we used to.

68K is nothing for a vmax,it depends if it's been looked after.Sounds like a good project,no shortage of parts for a vmax.Don't rush into things like i did,i have spent a small fortune doing mine.I could have bought one ready for the road,but i have enjoyed rescuing this one.

So me trying to be thrifty bought a used cbr tail light,it has no turn signal resistors with it.I would like to keep my stock turn signals,should i just wire up the stop/tail light or does that need resistors also.

I know av said this before but,that's a nice looking max.I couldn't find the color nimbus grey,so am gonna do mine in a dark none metalic grey.

Got to do my slave cylender,mine drips fluid when i pull the leaver.

I'm more of a layed back rider,you can't get away with speeding in the uk.The speed cameras are all over the place,if you get caught doing 130 and i will i can kiss goodbye to my driving licence.Motoway speed limit in the uk 70mph,your allowed up to 10% over so 77mph max.I do like the 0-75.
