Ha nd4topspd, in that pic it almost looks like your rear tire is barely on the table. is that just the angle of the photo or is does the bike actually sit that close to the end of the table?

Chris is correct, the factory spring are very weak progrissvely wound springs, they are so weak because they are counting on the air bladders to make up for the difference. I installed race tech springs with ricor intiminator and would never go back. Richard

Ok, how do you guys without center stand go about raising the rear end to remove the tire? I cant imagine putting a jack under the exhaust pipes and lifting the bike by them can be good? maybe I am wrong but is there another way someone has come up with? richard

I am going to check and reset the torque on my swing arm but I have a couple questions. Can I do this with the bike on the side stand or do I have to remove the rear wheel to accurately set the torque? Thanks Richard

I just picked up a ufo 4-1 system for $400, no dents or dings, chrome is all in good shape. I couldn't pass it up for the price. I love the sound and it really isn't THAT loud, but I am deaf in one ear so ???? Anyway I look forward to the results Sean and soon to follow is a muscle carb kit...

I have a guy local to me that is selling his ufo dragstar exhaust for $500 and since he is local there is no shipping. So do you think I should go for it? The loud factor is not an issue, with me or the cops around here. Let me know your opinions. Thanks Richard

I think so, but I thought I remembered a couple guys here trying them and having good success with them even though they are china made, just wondering if these were the same ones.

does anyone have any pics of a lowered max with a 17" rear, would there be any adverse effects running a 17" rear and 18" front? My bike is lowered 1.5" in rear and I am wondering how it would look with the 17" rear, I dont like the 17" in front because it just looks small with such a gap...
