Go to the grocery store and by a cheap disposable aluminum baking pan. After pouring the oil out, wipe them out with a paper towel and put them away for future use.

    Anyone near Greenville Texas?

My advise to you, pay an independent mobile inspection service to PROPERLY inspect the car before you buy. We do prepurchase inspections at our shop and find a lot of cars/trucks that look fantastic on the top, but are a disaster underneath. I looked at a Bentley today that was "a great...

    BoosterPlug? Have anyone tried this?

Okay..... for those not familiar with the operation of modern electronic fuel injection systems, this devise only does one thing....... it changes the air temperature sensor signal voltage to the engine controller buy adding an inline resistor to the circuit. So.... whatever the sale price is...

    Exhaust Help needed

As far as sound goes, the cat has the biggest effect on volume. The stock mufflers are already straight through pipes. The only way to get a 2nd gen to roar like its supposed to is remove the cat. This requires one of several different midpipes, cat delete pipes, x pipes, 4 into 1 complete...

    91 Octane needed?

If you get the Nash flash, I think he tunes it so that it only requires 89. If you are at higher altitudes the octane requirement goes down as well.

    rear fender elimitnator

I bought the "tidy tail" on ebay. It is advertised that you can use the stock turn signals but you have to modify them, or you can install aftermarket LED turn signals. Well, I didn't want to modify the turn signals so I modified the tidy tail. Basically I cut off the mounting tabs for the...

They are at it again, I see a pleasant trend in motion.

On the rare occasion my wife and I went out to eat when our kids were little, we would alternate with who would take the screaming kid out to the car. We would strap him or her back into the car seat, start the car, turn the ac or heat on and then put ear plugs in. When the tantrum was played...

    Handlebar vibrations in Gen II?

I have a problem with my right hand going numb no matter what I ride. Every bike I own has a throttle lock on it. I have tried a few different brands in the past and found the "Vista-cruise" to be the most reliable. It comes in different versions to fit different bikes. I swapped to gel grips...

There were others. Owner (of dealership) said he purchased it from Yamaha at a special one time discounted price and passed the savings on to the buyer. I watched it for more than a month should I.... shouldn't I.... my wife said if I didn't buy it, at that price, I would regret it later. I took...
