I'm an aircraft mechanic for American Eurocopter in Grand Prairie Tx. I mainly do AS 350s that have been hard landed. Its a great company to work for. Seeing a helicopter come in on a truck bent and twisted and then flying on it a few months later is awesome!

I would say the headlight relay mod. I can now see at night. The deer used to like to jump out at me and scare the hell outa me! After that everything looks like a deer standing on the side of the road!

I used a bicycle gel pad seat from Wally world (about 20 bucks) and cut the foam out for it. It made a big difference on mine for the longer rides and I can tell it when crossing rail road tracks and on bumpy roads. I will tell you it gets hot and holds the heat if left out in the sun. When I...

Here is a picture of one painted and installed.I will paint screw heads when it quits freaking raining here. They work great I kept burning my inner thighs on the valve covers. While on the interstate I ride with my feet on the back pegs and have litterally blistered my thighs.:bang head:

I used adell clamps around the frame, counter sunk screws through the braces and nylock nuts. I'll post some pics of exactly what i'm talking about when I get them back from the painter.

Ok guys here are the knee guards I've been working on during my lunch break. I've got them in the paint shop and will put some fab pics and finished install pics as soon as i can. Scott
