What did you do to your Vmax today? Part 2

Yes I'm pretty sure they're torque thrust. I just don't know if they are torque thrust 1's or 2's. I know torque thrust 2's have a cast center an a forged barrel. I have the 2's on my 82 Mustang GT. The only thing that's still Ford is the body, engine block, trans housing an rear end housing.

    MaxDaddy rear wheel

I'd say it's 5½ then since it fits a stock swingarm. It really doesn't matter since I'm going to a notched 3" over swing arm as soon I find one.

    MaxDaddy rear wheel

It has a 180 tire an it fits the stock swing arm barely.

    MaxDaddy rear wheel

    I'm not sure, I think it's 5".

    MaxDaddy rear wheel

I bought a used MaxDaddy polished 18" rear wheel for $1100 shipped. Did I pay to much? I'm also looking for a 3"over swing arm notched so I can run a 200mm tire.

Parts For Sale 17x5.5 shaft drive billet wheel made by Mad Max

Without pictures it's going to be a hard sell. I'm interested in the wheel but I'm not going to ask a thousand questions.

A lot of different tire and rim combinations.

You might have to do the washer swap on the rear, every bike different kind of. I have no clearance issues on my bike.

For a fat tire look an handles just as good as stock. This is hard to beat.

    Too old to ride

When in Doubt, Throttle Out. That's what my dad told me an he's 82 still riding his 85 KZ1300. I hope in the next 20yrs, I feel the same way. I'm 52 an if I pass U on the right, your an idiot. I remember on 2 to 4 lane hi-way traffic signs, slower traffic keep right. On a 2 lane highway after a...

I just changed the rear light/ license plate holder an replaced the red reflector under the grab handle to LED it only lights up when I get the brakes. The braided line from a oil filler is a Stage 7 jet kit.

I also put a 2" riser with angled drag bars. Keeps the bars mostly the throttle cables from hitting the tank cover.

    Looking for advice

Ask me how I know, I spent about 3hrs polishing each wheel. I was spending almost an hour trying to keep them clean every time I wash my truck. So I ended up having them powder coated clear.

Have U ever used sharkhide coating. It works pretty good. Keeps the oxidation/aluminum rust to a minimum. But if you're going to polish it to a mirror finish you better off just getting it clear powder coated.
