Might be the small end making a noise. That's less drama.

Why not just install a stage 7 kit with the tubes fully open and be done with it. A lot less hassle of fitting up the Vboost.

Personally I would throw them away and start again. Second hand cases are pretty cheap, but I expect you're worried about the machining expense and then possible piston/ring issues into the new cases, boring or honing, possibly new pistons etc. Thing is, if you patch it up and it fails again...

Looks kinda cool BUT have close look at the ground clearance, it seems that it would scrape very easily. Practical and cool usually don't go together.
