So ordering my trex stand today and bought spools the ither day cause a tire change is coming up real soon. These spools are held in by a 6mm bolt. I am sure it is fine but that still blows my mind. Has anyone had these break off?

I put prob 1000 miles on my bike with 8”delkevics before Gurued. It will pop etc but not going to destroy anything. I wouldnt do the airbox mod until flash though, it will run leaner, prob too lean. The air box mod take45-/+ minutes so just do it when you wait for gurued

I assume your syncing carbs? Got to do it with sync gauge. Anyways that said start off by just bottoming them out so they ‘just’ close then use idle knob until It cranks/idles/then you like where it idles, then use sync gauge. I wouldnt pay much attention to the holes really. It is mechanical...

Oh yeah lots of hours getting jetting right. I cut the marks down to 7” and covered half the reso tubes.

Why not just get the title instead of parting it out. Not hard really to get the title even if in previous owners name. Try doing a 91jet ski sx650 that had been passed around and sat. Lol Looks nice
