3 different sizes of bolts. 2 shortest ones go on the bottom of the cover and bolt the cover to the waterpump, 3 long ones go through the cover and waterpump into the crankcase, and 3 (med) length ones go through the waterpump to the crankcase. No way to screw it up man... buy new O'rings for...

Sam, sorry to hear about this. I went down last summer and it sucks. I'm about 98% rebuilt now and getting ready to ride very soon. That said, I had the full support of my wife and family with my rebuild. Hang in there, you can rebuild the bike, or part it out and tally your cash to buy another.
