I used a bolt with large washer on each end slid through the bushing and shock hole with nut and tightened with a ratchet till it pulled through. Pretty easy once I figured it out.

What would cause me to keep fouling off a plug. I get about a week and then I get a miss and it's a fouled plug again. Bike runs super smooth with new plugs there not gas or oil fouled they look brand new. Bike is completely stock with 16,000 miles. Just started doing it a couple weeks ago...

That's my thought. When Gannon responded to me this weekend I asked about getting rid of the resistors and he said don't. But hadn't responded since so I'm gonna try your suggestion and go one by one to see if I can pin point the cause

Haven't had time yet gonna try tonight. I did notice I have 4150 coils and it seems most are using 4400 not sure that would make a difference. If im checking ohm's correctly there all the same. Can someone tell me what setting to use on multi meter so I know if I'm checking correctly.

Garrett what kind of plugs were you running? I have iridium in it at the moment but I would think that would help. Seems like the igniter box doesn't kick in to fire them till it feels like it.

What denso part# is everyone using for coil stick's mine are 4150's

I had the same symptoms a while back. Turned out to be pilot air jets. Seemed like no spark swapped things around with no change so I did the shotgun once still no change did it a second time and has been running great for 3000 miles. I had the same wet plugs so first thought was plug or coil.

Battery is good I did check sync It was right on I don't think I have issues with the valves bike has 15,000 miles and like I said once started seems to run good but I don't think as well as stock coils and original wires. Its normally a very smooth running bike I spent a lot of time getting it...

That was my thought so what I just did was hooked up old coils and wires and it fires right up. No issues I checked the cop's and got 1.5 ohms on all of them

Not sure of voltage at the moment. I just don't no why one minute it was fine I put the kit in and now this. It cranks over like always plenty of power. Cranks like no spark or fuel and then fires off and starts.
