    Captain Kyle

I kind of think it's normal for sellers to have an higher contribution as the forum is a customer base and provided leads. If the amount mentionned earlier is right. What is 150 $ per year? You wouldn't get it that cheap if you were advertising yourself. As Fred said, it saved me money by...

    2014 KTM 1290 superduke

Waiting to see the price tag of those. For sure it won't be as cost effective as the MT-09. That makes that tripple a very attractive bike. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

    2014 KTM 1290 superduke

For yamaha, the FZ1 would be the one getting a lifting eventually but not the vmax. I think they will stay quiet since they just released the mt-09. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

    Victory Headlight

+1 on the metal shell. Or you can look for headlight rated 55W and above. My projectors have a plactic shell but similar to the quality uses on car headlights. HID 35w doesn't have any heat issue. 55w could work but I didn't want to take any risk. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

    Victory Headlight

Check the bulb specs, it's only 35W. I melted a similar unit with an HID before. They look great but they are poor quality. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

    Sorta feel like an outcast...

hahaha I keep quiet in the city :bang head: But I still like going around to show off when it's not traffic :eusa_dance: When I want to open the throttle, I go north or south on the freeway or go for a WE ride on the country side.

    Sorta feel like an outcast...

I think there are about 10 vmaxes here in manila, maybe 30 in the entire country. Most try to gather when possible, at least once every few months for a coffee or a ride. Else most of the time, I ride alone same as you guys. I'm used to that before getting my vmax. I guess it was fate to own...

Wondering if a bit of silicon on the join would keep it waterproof... Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

    Hid relay question

I use the existing high beam switch and added a switch on the low beam. Both power separated fused relays with a diode between high and low beam. It allows to power or not the low or high beam separately or at the same time. Both circuits are fused separately that way if one fuse blows I still...

    FJR 1300 swingarm

I just read that today when I saw the picture of the swingarm. Wow, that would have looked great on a vmax. Nice piece, isn't it? Full article is here: http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/273/906/Motorcycle-Article/2003-Yamaha-FJR1300.aspx

Air / Fuel ratio gauge. Tune carb A/F?

Almost any wideband with a Bosh sensor should do the job. Just forget about the narrow band. You need the gauge and sensor. Innovate have pretty good stuff too. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
