EU models make 103 HP DIN and 95 HP DIN for the last ones with smaller diameter exhausts. There is no Vboost, but there is a spacer on the carb diaphrams that prevent full opening (about 10mm) And Ignition advance curve is lower. So the power difference is a bit hard to find between these...
