You stated that you checked fuses and they were good, so we are assuming that you pulled the seat and checked the main fuse.

What kind of oil pressure are you getting?

I believe that if you ohm test the 2 wires and get an open circuit it is bad and if the circuit is not open it is good

Check the connections for corrosion and wriggle the wires going into the vboost controller and see if that helps
