Don’t !!!!! Put radiator stop leak in your bike. Yes if it’s blowing white smoke, coolant in the combustion chamber. Sorry to tell you this….but….rebuild.You said in your post”Rebuilt” 2020? Sounds like you need another shop? One that specializes on V-Max. Your dealing with a very specific beast.

Sounds like vacuum leak. Carb manifold boots are probably dried out/ dry rotted.

I’m a new member, live in Knoxville,TN. Probably like most of you, I’ve been riding since I could twist a throttle. I just recently purchased my V-Max. 1989 originally red( I have all the original parts) but it currently has a carbon fiber kit.
