I want to use a UFO Twinstar muffler I had on my Hindle 4-1. The Twinstar will not clamp on the Hindle tightly, leaving a gap. I was also going to weld a tab on for the spring, it would be secure, but still wouldn't be a snug fit. Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance.

My understanding is the PCV is not auto tune.

Just like you I do want to do the PCV 5 and a fine tune, to be honest it runs great with the flash. But I know I can squeeze a few more HP with a dyno tune.....lol

Tim's flash may seem high, I thought the same thing at first. Then I thought about it. Tim should be compensated for all his R & D. There is no other company/tuner that I am aware of that has spent as much time with a Gen 2 on almost every available exhaust system. The Gen 2 is truly a unique...

Tim has reflashed my ECU twice for two different exhausts. My advice would be to have Tim do it. You won't be disappointed.

Finally got it done.... What a PIA.... Want to thank Sean Morley for his help and super service on getting my exhaust... Thank's to all that chimed in and thank you to Mike Kemp for the extra little tips which got me over the hump.... Before and after....

I did both, tried loose and then right. I know this system is a pain in the ass.... The instructions provided aren't even for a vmax. I know with my UFO I left it loose and worked front to back, this ones a little tougher....

Mine does this when I do alot of heavy braking. Once I restart the bike it goes away.

That's right about where mine runs.

It may have been me, I have drag bars and in order to clear i had to use a riser. The only one I found for the Gen 2 was the Rox.....I had posted this on the other forum, so sad all the info on there is gone......

When replacing front pads, do I need to replace the pad support springs each time in the front ? And with the back pads do the shims need to be replaced each time ? I'm assuming if they're in good condition I dont need too. I didnt see anything in the service manual.... Thanks
