Yesterday I buttoned up my Gen 2 and took it for a ride, after the air box mod along with the AIS mod which I’m not positive I did correctly and swapping the new gurued ec I think it’s running a little better;) I had one little issue after an hour ride, I shut the bike off and about an hour...

So did the air box mod and now I’m doing the AIS mod but I’m not positive I plugged it right, I enclosed a picture if you could help that’d be great. I also installed my gurued ecu. I fired it up and it appears to be right. But I couldn’t find any real good pics of the AIS plugs.

So I drilled the head of the screw off and was able to get the air box off, screw is still broke in the nut. Not sure yet how I’m going to go about that, maybe put a small nut on the screw? Anyway I’m waiting for the mails to come , they will be delivering my air filter today.

At work now unfortunately, I can definitely try that. The po had it boogered up a little already and I’m not sure how the velocity stacks ride up and down on the shaft that the screw is holding. I’m probably going to grind of the head like fire-medic recommended but not sure how I’m going to...

So I’m in the last step of getting my air box out and the one screw on the middle of the top of the box will not break free From the apparatus that holds the velocity stacks. It’s spinning the cylinder and I’m not trying to break it, any ideas?
