Is it a special casting on the lever or does the mounting hole go all the way through to the other side to expose the lever to the switch? Is there a pic of the lever anywhere or can you direct me to a Yamaha model that uses this set up so I can look at parts diagrams?

Anyone familiar with newer cable clutch microswitches on newer bikes? Like this? Been told there is a Yamaha version. How does it work? Is there something on the lever to push on the switch internally? Anyone have one of these set ups?

Need a bigger size piece..not for OEM application

Is there a generic source for screen mesh? Looking for something with the same size mesh and material if possible. Aftermarket ones seem to have bigger size mesh.

If a measurement is right at the edge of a range what is the best policy? Better to be on the loose end of the range for exhaust and tight for intake or other way around?

Anyone recommend a good anti corrosive spray? ACF-50? S100? etc?

Holds up pretty well but starts to blue at the header area especially on the rear pipes. Was annoyed at first but not as anal about it now. You can try and coat the pipes after chroming to try and prevent the bluing with dynacote or similar but its hard to get it evenly coated.

Re: 1996 r/r running 18.08 amps at 2500rpm? I know the R1 R/R is the most common substitute replacement. What are other bike model possibilities?
