While I was attempting to sync my carbs today the clicking happened again. This time I pushed down on my choke and it clicked like machine gun fire. I quickly returned the choke and it stopped. Wouldn't do it again after that.

Never mind...I win! Got it out. Just took some careful manipulation.

I currently have my center stand 90% removed...problem is the second bolt on the right side will not come past the cross over joining the exhaust. Is this normal? Do I have to drop the whole exhaust to get that bolt out?

I filled up the tank right to the top the night before , so it was completely full. Fuel light was not on and the fuel switch was in the on position. Do you think the fuel pump is bad? Is it possible that the choke flooded the engine?

All caliper bolts are tight. Really think it is the pads ever so slightly moving back and forth in the calipers. Pretty sure I have eliminated the forks and bearings. If is the pads, should I replace or simply not worry about it...the pads are still meaty. Thanks everyone.
