You can buy soap and finishes specifically for matte paint...I use Dr. Beasley's on all the matte stuff on my V4 R and the Streetfighter V4 SP, which has all matte black paint. Soap and their ceramic finish work great and don't add any sheen to it.

I'm still waiting on some Magical Racing parts for a Katana, H2 Carbon and Hayabusa that were ordered back in November...current estimate for delivery is in June. Long wait but the parts are worth waiting for and I have yet to not receive something I have ordered despite the huge wait times.

There is no stated interval for clutch fluid flush/replacement in the Owner's or Service Manuals...figure if they have you rebuilding the cylinders every two years they'd also expect fluid replacement. Seemed reasonable to 'extrapolate' that every two years would then be the 'recommended' interval.
