depends on what synthetic you use. I use Mobil 1 15-50 full Syn and I noticed an improvement when moving from Castrol GTX Petrol oil.

Re: Bad Vmax vendor stories... I tried buying some stock mikuni jets for my max at US-27 Motorsports in Saint Johns Michigan today and they told me that the mikuni jets won't work and I have to buy the original yamaha jets that are made by mikuni but cost 3-4 times as much. I told him to piss off.

That looks exactly like the ones I pulled out from under the diaphragm. The other two sets look like someone just took a nail set and tapped it right in front of the number. Thanks for lookin. I think you meant the Dyno is on the left and the Mikuni is on the right though.
