IMHO the tank bag. I don't like a backpack on my back, especially for longer rides, when it is a small one, under the jacket, well, debatable. The smaller one, frozen, between jacket and back, is always a cold drink and helps cool down for a certain amount of time. The Tankbag will not help you...

Of course there are, a lot. Had it already 15years ago in bicycle backpacks i.e. Deuter. Look into the military style backpacks at amazon, often a compartment, sometimes insulated. Not expensive Wally has a lot, REI, Outdoor Outfitters, they are everywhere. Camelbacks etc.

Assuming your led is around 1W, 2x1n4001 and a 5w 250ohm - 300 ohm resistor should bring down the brightness significantly

Do you mean as running light with reduced brightness? or in general on and only blinking when you set the turnsignal? me personally, would use 2 diodes and a resistor, spliced into running light and turnsignal, but I'd prefer a switchback LED signal with two inputs. The bullets are not...

I believe, I saw them once and this was the inspiration. I don't have the possibility to have such things fabricated, so 3D printing had to be enough and for me, it was ok. Your plates are really neat and make me drool.
