For anyone who's hung Delkevic slip-ons utilizing the provided strap and bracket. Can you provide a pic or describe where you decided to attach the bracket (or strap if you opted not to use the bracket) to the bike? The obvious bike bolt location doesn't share the strap's orientation. Thanks...

My '09 was sporting a VooDoo set of mid-pipes and slip-ons that were in terrible condition when I bought it. A company named JetHot said they'd coat them inside and out in a Classic Polish for $620 or their Titanium finish for $930. This was in Jan '21 with me delivering the disassembled pieces...

My thoughts too. I offered to pay the difference if he sourced/converted/shipped a Polish light. He said there were none to be found. Told me he's done 4 US lights but didn't say what models. Sure be nice if one of his VMax customers was an active forum member.

Been wrestling with this one myself. It's amazing how integrated the stock headlight bucket is into the bike. It's got its tentacles in the fork braces, signal stalks, and handlebar clamps. And it's all up in the tach/speedo's business. I've already got a DRL/LED light and 52mm mount brackets...

Nevermind - just went with the Delkevic 13.5" Titanium XOval 4-2. BTW, Tim says every Delkevic regardless of the slip-on takes the Holeshot flash.

Anyone aware of a successful marriage between Akro mid-pipes and Hindle slip-ons? The chatter regarding Hindle's welds is unnerving. R&Ring these mids is a PITA and I'd like the next time I do it to be my last. Hence leaning towards the Akro. Only their slip-ons aren't for me.
