    I’m looking to stay right around or if possible below where the 444’s are priced. The reason I’m so urgent about this is because I feel like my bike is actively trying to send me up the long stairway while I’m going through corners 😂

    I have a 1990 vmax and it’s well past due to get some nicer stiffer rear shocks. I’m not sure which ones are best though. I’ve heard good things about the progressive 412’s but not much else. Any input is appreciated!

    I brought the bike to the shop, they can’t look at it thoroughly until about Saturday. But they said that from what they heard from it running, it’s probably a carb issue.

    well like I said, I did an oil change, the oil that came out was definitely do for a change, but it wasn't awful. The oil thats in there now is perfectly fine. I haven't checked vacuum yet though. Say it was a head gasket, about how much do you think someone would charge to replace it?

    Everybody, I have some pretty funny news. The piston rings in my right two cylinders have gone bad. Smoking like a chimney out of the right pipe. Wondering what a rebuild might cost. Not sure if I should rebuild it, or just say screw it and get a whole new engine.

    well now that you mention it, I was running 93 octane, I wanted to see the difference between premium and regular. Maybe the sudden switch could've effected it? I checked the battery with 2 different volt meters at different rpm's and as far as I can tell the battery is just fine. I'll check for...

    A new problem has started with my vmax. I replaced the battery recently, (about 3 days ago) and ever since then, it has felt way down on power. I thought the spark plugs might have been the problem, so I pulled them out only to find that they were actually decent. But I replaced them anyway...
