i tried cutting the gray wire and it still cycled through? (gray wire is actually yellow on newer models). I'll try the black one after work today, hopefully that cures it.

Just saw you have a 4-2-1. My hindle is a 4-1, so that would equate a big sound difference i'd bet.

just revving it sounds good. but under load it kinda gets higher pitched and sounds like a quad lol. It's starting to grow on me. I bet just a little difference would make it perfect.

Now that I think about it, it should be easy to test the 3 wire connector. It was the circular connector that was giving me issues. Nearly impossible to test one wire at a time.

Yeah I noticed that last night as well. I actually read up that grounding the signal wire (grey wire on my year) will cause it not to open. However, I'm wanting to stop the motor, not block the rpm signal. Another one of those would have to stop the servo because when you unplug it, it stops.

I'm looking to make a simple switch where I can stop the servo in place. I want it so I can stop it during it's cycling to keep it wide open, then switch it back when I want it to perform normally. I searched and can't seem to find which wire is the power wire for the servo. I did find the 3...

That is a very interesting solution for sure. One thing I was thinking was making my own silencer of sorts. I did this on my buddies katana and it made a world of difference! Kind of using the same tactics you used, only internally and with metal.

I've got a partial throttle miss that keeps happening. Just maintaining speed around 25 mph and it will miss. Would putting 147.5's potentially cure this? I'm wondering if it's just too rich so it's gettign a misfire.

Never got to use the ntirous. Haven't filled the bottle yet. I flipped the switch to hear the pump and it sprayed everywhere. Thankfully it has a fuel shutoff valve inline so it's not leaking anymore. Ordered a VRod headlight last night ;)

Yep, it most definitely is. And I buoght it knowing that i would have to rejet it to make it run correctly. Glad it still at least runs though. For now a simple turn of the idle screw got it going well enough until I decide to dig into it.
