Thanks guys I will do another pea shooter when it warms a bit.I will try opening the a/f screws a bit.

when i first start my max and let it warm up at a idle it pops now and then what could cause this doesn't do it when warmed up.

All the fluids were replaced before I purchased the Max

Do I remove the extra springs or order a set of factory springs.

I have only had this Max a short times but compared to my other bikes the clutch is very hard to disengage after a short ride through town my clutch hand (wrist) was shot. What could cause this maybe someone:ummm: installed stiffer springs?

do you still have the single headset.

Yesterday I installed a Shift light when I removed the air box there were 4 plastic tubes one for each carb are all Vmaxes like that or did someone add something and it has a K&N filter

Iam new to the max and was wondering if the vmax has a rev limiter My FJR did.

Did you have to get longer hoses or cables to run the risers.

If anyone is running a GPS on there I Gen Max where are you mounting it.
