    Man that does suck for him. I also usually go on the second week in June, (every other year) but have not gone since my wife went back to school, give and take thing you know, but I will be back in action as soon as she is out! Four years down and four more to go!!

    Yes, that?s what keeps going through my mind since this all started with the second change of oil viscosity. But I was under the impression that the oil would not change the rate of spring compression, but I think that is where I will start.

    the spacers are much longer, the preload measurement is one inch (per race tech instructions) from the top of the shock tube, that is if my mechanic measured it correctly.

    The first time I got it back there was almost no sag, now I would say there is more than a inch.. but without changing the preload? Supposedly the only thing he changed from first time and the second was the leaking seals and the oil weight. Is it possible that too little oil could make it...

    Strapping it to a trailer? I just us ratchet straps with rubber coated hooks, one on each side of the handlebar on a downward angle out and forward. Or do I not understand what you are looking for?

    I think I may try to mount it where my rear blinkers used to be (my blinkers are built into the tail light), I have been looking for something to cover the stock holes. I am not sure it will be high enough to keep the helmet off of the pipe though, if it’s not; I like the idea of mounting it on...

    Can you relocate the factory lock? Or do you need to buy a new one? I rarely use the factory because of because of its poor location.

    Thanks for the reminder; a lot of us northern folk get so irritated with winter that we don?t bother with a pre-spring check! Oil, air, lube, ect. Good call on not going down!
