shawn im running it w/ the clamps on, just w/ no washers using the stock bolts. i havent even had a chane to get it out since the first ride because of rain, but ill snap a veiw shots and video the sound like i did on my s.trapps to have you listen and look.

it's been raining pretty much since i put them on so i havent much time to ride it. i only had it out once and it was improvement over the supertrapps in the performance. i havent figured out how to put the clamps on with the washers so i left them off. i'll most likely get longer stainless...

im confused on the jetting size i guess. anything ive ever delt w/ except the max if you want richer jets(mains) you go up in sizes,meaning numbers) but it seems the oppisit for this. or am i reading this wrong? this is excellent info though. thanks again.

i have a question. i was told w/ the stage 7 you dont have the vboost anymore, is this false info. i was talking to a guy who runs trapps w/ the 7 and still has the vboost. he told me i should run the stage 1 in mine w/ the headers i have. what do ya think. thanks.

well i got them on, sort of. i had to take off both front and back washers from the bolts to make it push through the holders. of course after tightening it all up and starting it up, the connections leak.(new i should have put sealer on them. on the good notre they sound real good and seem to...

i just replaced my trapps because the exhaust smell that got all over the wife but didnt have any soot problem.

anyone got any good tips on how to put the straps on? i got both side of the exhaust just loose(all of it) and cant seem to get the bolt thru the mount to put a nut/washer on back. its almost like the stock bolt is to short. any help would be great.:bang head:

Re: What Oil Wieght & Type? i use 10-50 semi synethic yam. oil. it seems to work fairly well and shifts good. i used 20-50 and it was hard to shift.

finally got a comformation on my exhaust coming next week. it only took 3 weeks. hope it was worth it. ill let you know. may have to change needles form what ive read about midrange being lean.

that does sound real good but it helps to have it in a garage which changes the sound w/ the echos. does sound tough.

Re: Gas Milage if i ride easy and not much horse play i get about 40 mph on the open rd. sounds like its running rich maybe w/open boost.

maybe just certain pipe set ups require jetting. see on mine it has a burb in it when put hit the throttle when just cruising. so we drilled out the brass plugs and turned the air screws. it helped a little bit but still does it once in a while. thanks for replies. oh yea , i know richer is...
