Thanks for the reply, I changed the oil again, put 4 qts in it, or almost, and no issue with the light. Just wanted to follow up. I'll check out that oil pressure kit. thanks, allen

Good info to know. That's kind of like my Avalanche, we call it Dragalanche, it's heavy and give it a rolling start and it's gone, it's hell getting it off the line, it has a turbo, stall, cam, 80e, etc, runs a 12.9 lol, but is a lot faster on the street from a roll.

I guess I'll take it down to Houston and run it, I always run a tenth or two quicker down there. I wonder if these engines break in and get faster like the auto's I work on? I had about 600miles on it at the time. btw, I was shifting it around 10,500 or so rpms.

If i'm cruising along easy and shifting through the gears and don't pull up on the the 2 to 3rd shift hard enough, the trans will act like it's in neutral. I slow down a bit and pull up on the gear selector. Is this normal and is it me not pulling up on the gear hard enough that is causing it...
