Nice one mate. I just spent the same couple of hours by myself trying my frame over the engine and putting solid (delrin) engine mounts in and being really careful not to damage the newly powdercoated frame. I really should have waited until one of my mates could come over to give me a hand...

If you were open to it that damper can be removed if you sort the suspension and put some decent tyres on it..

Is something off with the front caliper mounts? The pads are barely grabbing half the rotor width.

Firstly good luck with the sale, lots of work has gone into that bike! In the video the Yoshi exhaust is standard length but in the pics it's shorter. Was this done for looks or just that with no retaining strap the Yoshi wouldn't hold in position?

No **** Sherlock...I asked about the ones from a specific seller that have been used and tested already. A quick search using "Vmax diaphragms" gives me at least 10 sellers in the US alone.

Anyone got a link to the replacement diaphragms on ebay?

Replace the clamp that holds the masters to the bar with one with the mirror mount.

ZX14 radial master goes well with those calipers.

Is the front wheel still in alignment with the bars/triple clamps? A big enough hit can misalign everything requiring it all (axle, axle clamp, triple clamps) be loosened off and aligned before re-tightening.
