I didnt buy the newer model damper tool, but here is the measurements of original 2009-2016 damper tool. 26mm. See pics. The newer one measusures 32m and is squareish with rounded corners. PN# 90890-01513 Fork seal driver is 52mm.

Looks like axle is in too far and the gap between swing arm and rotor bracket is too large. The washer normally goes on the outside of bracket unless you run a 180 tire, then some run the washer on the inside to allow clearance. Possibly the rotor bracket not slid on axle correctly? See photo...

See if these help. There is a pinch bolt and a mounting bolt by the steering stop. The wires are tucked under and routed behind the headlight. Small 3 pin connector.

I would second this opinion. Changing plugs fixed mine from pretty blue flames out the rh exaust. Fuel not getting burned in chamber and re-igniting in pipes.

Agreed, I did the DD clutch MOD earlier on. I heard about the clutch slipping issue after HP increase. Tim Nash @ GuruedGear has a nice kit and easy to install.
