A friend and I ordered a Gen 2 the day they were announced in 08. He's 6-1 so lowering (my inseam is 29) was not a good option option for us. I just use boots with a 1 inch heel. I bought him out years ago but I'm leaving it as-is. Maybe try it for a few rides and adapt?

Good assessment. I joined a few years ago and it wasn't long before I came to the same conclusion. Always knocking posts or people or things. Probably in his 40's or early 50's. Eventually most of those guys learn how to get along.

Sean, Yamaha uses multipiece pressed crankshaft in their 2T sled and bike engines. These cranks have full circle wheels to "stuff" the case and 1 piece rods. I was taught to never hit the crank very hard, and have never had to, to release the flywheel, or one can "bend" it. Nothing really...

You might want to check the oil in case the crankcase found all that lost gas, and others can chime in here, maybe there's something going on with a CV plunger, turning it into a "choke". Maybe you have a torn or mis-seated diaphragm or debris causing it to hang up ? I'm sure others here are...
