If you figure any cost at all into the labor of removing all 4 motor mounts , replacing them and then add the cost of them , I believe you'll find the frame braces are cheaper and can even be made by a local machine shop. I have heard of the issue about vibration from some , not all , who...

Sounds like you are on your way to good handling. The frame , forks and swing arm all need bracing of some sort. I did all 3 with USD front forks , frame braces and a notched and braced swing arm.

Ugly is in the eye of the beholder. Frame braces will take the place of solid motor mounts and are a Helluva lot easier to install.

We never forget our brothers , sisters , parents and best friends taken away from us way too early in our lives.

I would think some of our U.S.A. bikes would be rare across the pond , and therefore worth more money to a specialty dealer.
