11.5” 412’s and the front forks slid up about 3/4”. 29/30” inseam and I can flat foot with a little bend at the knees.

Ordered a 2nd set of shocks. Install is pending. Probably this Thursday. I will still get some pictures if you would like.

The 412’s were returned. I tried to get an “eBay deal” and ended up paying the price. They were delivered with surface rust on the springs and the bushing were already cracked. They ended up being new but very old stock. I can get a pic with just the front lowered when the weather breaks.

Fender delete/ reflector mod tail light/ L brackets to mount plate/ and led lights. Cleans up the back of the bike. Also raised the front forks 3/4” in the triple trees.

I just slid my front forks 3/4-1” in the triple trees and have 11.5” 412’s being delivered on Tuesday. I can post and update and pics when I get them installed. I’m 5’7” with a short inseam skin share in the struggle. Any specific pics you want to see?

What are you guys wearing? Currently using general use mechanix gloves but considering moving up to something with a little more protection. Looking for a warm weather glove so leather is fine but needs to be perforated.

Update… I was able to reverse bleed the master cylinder and get the bike back on the road. She is shifting smoothly and running well. I took the advise and back flushed the cable without the master attached. I also cleaned out the master. Thanks for all the help!!

Parminio- could I have a bad/blocked bleed screw on my clutch? I’m able to bleed it the traditional way, but it will not accept a reverse bleed. I was able to do the reverse method for the front and the rear brakes so I understand the procedure. Unless I’m doing something stupid. I’m using a...

Thank you! This is my first vmax. Hard to tell what is considered “normal”. Hopefully get it out on the road this evening and try it out. Ohio weather has not been the greatest.

When you swapped the clutch master did your engagement point for the clutch change from stock? I swapped with the eBay 5/8 bore master and it went from the end of the lever throw to right off my grip. Just wondered if you experienced similar?
