I agree, I think it’s only the shift light turning on. Rev limiter is set by ECU from what I have seen by guys tuning on YouTube.

Thanks for reply MaxMidnight. Yes I can definitely change smoothly without clutch most times by pulling the lever up at the point the revs have equalised the gears but when it’s not right it’s a bit clunky. That’s the bit that concerns me. Re quick shifter. Not going to go down that path...
