17 front w or 18

Hello All Have read just about every post in the tire section, think my brain is fried:ummm: Anyways I have noticed there isnt a lot of radial tires for the front stock 18", but quite a few choices for a 17". I am thinking about running a 18" rear with 180/55-18 to be as close to stock...
