Hi,
I was disassembling my clutch and found the pushrod (20) and the ball (23) fused together. Also there was quite some wear on the pushrod 2 (22), see picture attached.
To get the ball from the pushrod I had to put it in a vice and even then it was quite some work. Has anybody any idea what...

The head bearings are about the last things left to change. As I was shopping for bearings, I read in some descriptions that the tapered bearings are an upgrade to the stock ones.
Are the stock ones ball...
So I shamefully laid the bike down the other day. Only thing that got hurt was my pride, engine bars, and my shift lever. I don't have the tools to bend it back into place so I ordered another. Thought I'd start early and remove the bent one and found out it's never that easy. Lo and *******...

Hi, I'm desperate for guidance here. My 96 Vmax stage 7 is a daily rider and she's been out of commision for 2 weeks.
I'm forced to use a car:bang head:
A noise coming from the clutch turned out to be a ball bearing. The one behind the clutch basket.
I have removed springs, plates, nut...
Okay I have an 04 Vmax. On the left side near the "scoop" there is a small metal toggle switch. I thought it might be for the tail light or headlight to cut off the power. That wasn't it. I thought it might be to disable the bike so if someone tried to steal it. Nope. Turns out it is a three...
So,
some years back I was watching the movie "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot", and there was the scene where Lightfoot was driving a delivery van and chasing a Hippie Chick riding a motorcycle.
As he rolled up on her trying to provoke a favorable response she pulled a large ball peen hammer off of...
