I was at my local Yamaha dealer a few days ago where I recently purchased my 07 Max. I talked with the service advisor about getting my bike jetted, possibly stage 7. He said he recommends a stage 1 or stage 2, that's what they do them all at. I said, they don't make a stage 2 for the V-Max...
