diif

So I'd like to put a larger rear tire on my 97 Max.Do the RPM's go up if the rear tire is larger?I searched the Forum and saw a post on using the Venture Diff to bring down the RPM's? If the rev's do go up,will I only need the Venture diff,or are there other little things I need to consider...
