I am picking up a dirt cheap vmax with 2nd gear out. I'm looking for info on NOT repairing but just seeing how long it will last going 1st to 3rd? Any ideas are appreciated.

Has anyone had their aftermarket exhaust coated with chromex? If so do you have any pics? Also, how has it held up if you've had it for a while? I'm looking to get a Mark's 4-2 SS coated in it and I'm wondering what to expect. I'm looking to get as close to the "chrome" look as possible.

as title says... need to get the front fixed and try to cure the high speed cornering wobble(all rest is ok,just stock vmax frame and suspension) and can get ohlins. i am from portugal and progressive springs wiil be at the same price or more but i dont know any feedback from ohlins...
