fouled

What would cause me to keep fouling off a plug. I get about a week and then I get a miss and it's a fouled plug again. Bike runs super smooth with new plugs there not gas or oil fouled they look brand new. Bike is completely stock with 16,000 miles. Just started doing it a couple weeks ago...
