Over the winter I was replacing my front fork seals,..and I was TOLD- DONT PUT IN AFTERMARKET SEALS they wont last. They said use GENUINE Yamaha seals...................I didn't......now I'm replacing them AGAIN !! these aftermarket ones are weak & wimpy compared to the Yamaha ones...

Hey All, Just wanted to pass this on, I've been troubleshooting a low charge problem on the max. I've been reading posts and was leaning towards a battery. BUT, everything on my bike is new, battery, RR etc... someone posted this in a thread...

Ok so since I got the carbs in the max I've gone through about 4 tanks of gas. Each tank has been in the vicinity of 75 miles before the reserve light comes on. I'm told the norm is about 100 miles correct? Anyway, I figured it's due to me having fun with the bike since it's finally running...
