malfunctioning

So I just replaced my intake ducts, and reattached the vboost cables onto the pulleys. Now when I turn on the ignition, it isn't cycling properly. It will open the valves, but not close them. I took a couple of short video clips and I'll figure out how to attach them. Please let me know what...
