rejetting

Hello! As the title says I am wondering if I have to install a stage 7 kit when replacing my exhaust with a full UFO exhaust with the megaphone cans. It is a 1985 full power Canadian version. I pulls like crazy.. I think the carbs are all stock (how can I find out btw? measure the jets?)...

I just got back from the Yamaha dealer... looks like Cali is cracking down on rejetting. I need to know what mains to use with supertrapp slipons with 18 disks each side. I haven't a clue how to do this. It ticks me off I made an apointment and bought the discs I needed and went all the way down...
