Hello all! Figured I would get a post going showing all I have done to my V-Max in the month or so that I have had it! First added a fairing, I could NOT handle all the wind hitting my chest at the higher speeds. And swapped over to some drag bars to get my upper body more over the tank :)...

I picked up some ammo cans from work ( im in the Army) that im going to use as a saddle bag but cant find a bracket for a hardbag to use. My bike before my new max was a Honda XR650L. I had a rear rack matched with fly street grande saddlebags and topcase I found on pricefalls.com (an overstock closeout site). I missed the gear and thought it would look geat on my max. However, I couldnt find the gear a year later for any less...

So, if you have saddlebags, tell us what you have and how you like 'em, and please, attach a pic of 'em too! I'm looking for some bags for a weekend rides etc, two saddlebags should do it. Riding two-up with original sissy and MaxGasser, so "throw-over" type of bags should go underneath...

I am planning a bike trip and decided to take my Max. The problem is I have a pair of leather saddlebags but don't have a set of those steel saddlebag support brackets. Is there such a thing for the Vmax?

Item # 200127949355 on ebay right now shows some saddlebag supports that relocate the rear turn signals. Anyone have any iformation on where to get those.
