scrolling

Hey guys, need some help. I put a scrolling reflector taillamp that I got off ebay back on today. Problem is, I lost the wiring diagram, and I'm blowing the main fuse. I've used 2 of 4 30amp fuses. Kinda figured I should get the diagram before I do real damage. Anybody got that diagram?
