shields

If you are thinking of heated hand grips may be try these hand shields ,I found with the heated grips tips of me fingers still froze,hands still got wet of coarse but not with these, dry hands ,no wind chill ,thumbs up :eusa_dance:

I've seen the carbon fiber ones but don't like the look. I have seen a metal one a few times that protects your inner thigh from the engine head. It has vent holes and is black. Anybody help me out? With hot temps and a hot Vmax, my...uhhh...boys get sweaty :)

Has anyone taken off the rubber ( I think ) shields off that are located over the valve covers ? I know they sort of hold the spark plug leads, but do they also serve as a heat shield as well ? Anyone removed them and if so what do ya think, do you think the bike has a cleaner look to it ...
