Will this 2 pin flasher relay fit the Max for slowing down LED flash rate?

V Max slowing down syndrome
I've owned many bikes over the years from original little FS1E 50cc Yamaha to the current 165hp V Max. I've had full race 500 cc Gamma two stroke Suzukis, an 1200 FJ Yamaha right up to a completely balls out GSXR 1100 RR but I have one abiding memory. Scary wobble slowing down
MY NEWLY PURCHASED VMAX GETS A PROGRESSIVE WOBBLE IN THE FRONT WHEN SLOWING DOWN IF YOU DONT HOLD THE HANDLEBARS TIGHTLY. THERE IS ONLY 18.000 MILES ON THE BIKE. WHAT WOULD CAUSE THAT ? ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS HAPPEN? PLEASE LET ME KNOW. TURBO:bang head:- TURBO
