speakeasy

I bought a voodoo full exhaust & love the sound, but it's loud as all get out. Voodoo makes the speakeasy baffles (supposedly for all shorty mufflers), but in the fine print it says that it's not recommend for the vmax. My question is why? I tried contacting voodoo directly but got no response...
