The right-front sync screw is bottomed so I split the rack and am going over the linkage. When idle thumb screw is all the way down I can still push down on the throttle linkage and the butterflies go down just a tiny bit. Is that normal? I have tried to sync w/o the throttle cables...

When attempting to hold a steady RPM it feels like it's missing, popping. A little bit of popping when off throttle and decelerating. It has come on gradually and is now pronounced, it is especially evident in 1st,2nd. It pulls normal, I think. Sync is good, new plugs,wires. Thanks Tom
