wrenches

I have 2 torque wrenches one is ft/lb and the other is about 2 feet long, I never used it, got it from my father in-law years ago. I get the idea how to use them but not how to convert to Newton Meter so I am looking to get one what does have Nm. My first choice would be Sears but they closed...

Looking at getting my pops an electronic torque wrench this xmas. Probably a gearwrench or craftsman. Looks like neither are 'really' reliable, but the gearwrench looks slightly better (as far as reviews). anyone have any experience with these? it'd be the 3/8" model. thnx

Just getting going on doing maintenance and mods on the VMax and need to know what kind of torque wrench to get and what range. Does any one wrench have the range I need or will i need to get an in/lb and well as lbs/ft wrench? What brands are you guys running? I hear precision instruments are...
