09' on ebay

doing my thing searching ebay and found a 09' vmax for $16,999.00 of course they dont have it and he wants the grand down but the asking price includes the grand so he knocking a grand of msrp. must be starting to worry i was for sure they were going to be adding to the price not the other way around.
